Principal Instructor - Vanda Phua
Vanda has been practising yoga for over ten years now. At the encouragement of her favourite yoga teacher, she took her love for yoga to the next step - she underwent 200hour yoga teacher training under SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore (India). Vanda is a certified Bliss Baby Prenatal Yoga Teacher and a certified Birthlight Perinatal Yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga professionally since 2009. Her current yoga classes include Fitness First, Evolve, OANDA, KKH, SPGG and community centres.
Vanda believes in yoga for balance. With yoga in her life, she has become more self-aware and bettered her relationships with people. Her mental and physical well-being have also improved.
