Prenatal Yoga
"I would like to thank Vanda and team. The things such as the breathing techniques and stretches had helped me through the whole pregnancy and the c-section procedure. The stretches had helped to ease my backache during the third trimester of pregnancy. I was able to move around feeling "light". :) Everyone was very surprised when they heard that I was attending prenatal yoga class 1 day before my delivery. I had opt for epidural c-section and was feeling nervous initially. However, I remembered the breathing technique that I had learned during the classes and used it to calm me down. I had recovered from the c-section procedure very quickly. I was able to get out of bed and even take a shower with no support on the second day after c-section! Thank you very much to Vanda and team for making the classes so enjoyable!"
