Yoga Blocks, Yoga Belts and Yoga Mat Covers

Happy Rabbit Year!! Hop to better health in the new year!

For this new year, I have brought in yoga blocks, yoga belts and yoga mat covers!
I have included the yoga blocks and belts in our corporate yoga classes and they are a hit!

Yoga blocks and belts are great for lending support and extension to yoga poses.
For example, place a yoga block under your supporting hand during Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta Trikonasana) to enhance the rotation of your upper body and help maintain balance.

A yoga belt is great for poses where you need to hold onto your feet but cannot reach them. Such as Standing Hand to Big toe pose (Utthita Hasta Padangustasana), loop the yoga belt around the sole of the lifted leg and pull the belt inwards to lengthen and lift the leg.

If you like to improve the lifespan of your yoga mat, then the yoga mat cover is just for you.
A terrycloth surface on top with rubber grips on the underside. Place this mat cover over your yoga mat and you no longer need to worry about losing your grip during Downward Dog pose or balancing poses!

Pictures will be coming in shortly. Look out for them!
