I am personally excited to announce a Prenatal Yoga class held in conjunction with Drypers to commemorate Mothers' day with all soon-to-be mummies! The Prenatal Yoga class is part of a series of Complimentary Activities by Drypers to ensure that soon-to-be mummies are well prepared both mentally and physically for the all important time of your lives. 

Date and time: 1st April, Sun, 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Location: 18 Cross Street #02-04/05 Singapore 048423
Essentials: Wear comfortable clothes, bring a fresh change and a towel.
Only 10 slots are available!

 Join Vanda Phua and fellow soon-to-be mummies in this yoga session specially tailored for expecting mothers. With 10 years of yoga experience under her belt, Vanda Phua will guide you through a series of safe and gentle movements grounded in yoga principals that will ease childbirth and labour pains, and encourage quicker bodily recovery after childbirth. This class is suitable for expecting mothers in their second and third trimesters all the way till birth. No prior yoga experience necessary.

VandaYoga is pleased to announce the launch of our monthly Prenatal Yoga Tips newsletter featuring poses and movements to help expecting mothers reduce stiffness, aches and pains during pregnancy. A consistent Prenatal Yoga practice is also great for easier childbirth and labour!

For those of us attending Prenatal Yoga classes, the newsletter serves to reinforce what we learnt and did in class.
For those of us new to Prenatal Yoga, the newsletter is a simple, fuss-free way to know more and start a Prenatal Yoga practice.

Our prenatal yoga session are especially tailored for pregnant women. The class is based on yoga principles and consists of safe and gentle movements that help the pregnant lady to reduce aches and pains during pregnancy. It is also beneficial for easier childbirth and labour. No prior yoga experience is required at all!  
Happening every Sat 11-12pm at 20 Cross Street, China Square Central. We specialise in small group classes for personalized attention. Expecting mothers in their second trimester and onwards are welcome. Classes can be continued all the way til birth.

    A yoga practitioner for over fifteen years now, Vanda is a yoga instructor dedicated to spreading her love of yoga and benefits of yoga to people who come her way. She believes strongly in empowering women in their pregnancy and childbirth journey.
    Vanda is a certified Bliss Baby Prenatal Yoga Teacher and a certified Birthlight Perinatal Yoga instructor. She has also completed 200hour yoga teacher training under SVYASA Yoga University.
