Closed this year with an Incredible India trip. It was an eye- opening experience to be at SVYASA in Bangalore and to experience the life there. It reminded me of the days when I was undergoing Yoga Instructors' Certification Course and how much I missed and enjoyed those times. Happy New Year!!
