 You would probably recognize Linda from our monthly Prenatal Yoga Tips newsletter. She has just given birth to a healthy baby girl! Both Linda and her baby are doing great! Linda and Andrew made use of their Prenatal Yoga learnings and went through the childbirth without any epidural!
