With 10 years of yoga experience under her belt, Vanda Phua will guide you through a series of safe and gentle movements grounded in yoga principals that will ease childbirth and labour pains, and encourage quicker bodily recovery after childbirth. This class is suitable for expecting mothers in their second and third trimesters all the way till birth. No prior yoga experience necessary.
